A quality precision engineering company based in Newton Abbot, Devon in the Southwest. Suppliers to countries such as America and Russia. Suppliers to the MoD, Aerospace (Satellites), Marine Engineering, Motorsport, Opto Electronics, Medical Industry, Robotics, Food Industry, General and Mechanical Engineering. Prototype, Design and Development. The manufacture of high quality precision engineered components including hard metal turning, grinding, honing, gundrilling, welding – small batch runs to production volumes including finish treatments and assemblies. Special purpose machinery including modification for multipurpose use.

HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE

Robinson Instrument Machining a precision engineering company which has been established in Devon, England for many years and have a unique expertise in metrology, innovative design of prototypes and quality production skills. Our infrastructure - staff training, and very importantly customer relations are also key areas we constantly monitor to maintain our high standards. We use a range of CNC machining centers with 4th axis, using CAD CAM, XCAM and IGES files downloaded from ‘email’ when required. We operate a strict Health & Safety policy document and adhere to all requirements of the National Quality Standard. We have a dedicated inspection room facility, bonded storage, and separate areas assigned for customers special requirements. A Certificate of conformance is issued with all goods supplied. We have general mechanical engineering facilities and are able to offer a full delivery service throughout the United Kingdom with exceptional lead times. We are proud to say that we have many customers in the United Kingdom and around the world including Canada, America and Russia.
